Congratulations to Marsha Gillis for solving the above and, above all, for
letting me know that she enjoyed doing so. It made my day! (:-))

I should make it clear that I didn't compose this code myself - it appeared in a
newspaper feature. Thus I had no pre-knowledge of the original text, to guide
me, so I immediately decided to try and decipher it using the isomorph coding
patterns that I'd presented in the previous issue of WordsWorth. I was most
certainly surprised by the ease at which it produced the answer, as explained in
the article as follows:-

"... tackled the decoding by looking ... at the longest word first, ... the
sixth coding TXYBTKZRUU ... having the isomorphic pattern 1234156788.
WordsWorth's listings ..., quickly produced ... 18 to match ... the R as eighth
letter ... appeared as a single-letter word ... HEATHCLIFF was the favourite of
the six possible contending words. ... common letters in the author's name
revealed E*IL* ****TE." The original code simply yielded its secret from then
on.

Of course, Graham; the contents of the lexicon are paramount. The name of
Cathy's boyfriend happened to be in WordsWorth's more than half a million words
and phrases.
