Absolutely. That the US still got in the war at an average time (war
with Ge/It on ND41, Ja declared war on JF42) astounds me. If the CW had
held off, could the US have got in earlier? Would the Japanese have
declared war on the CW? Who can say (other than Steve and Paul, of
course)?
