thanks - for fourth edition, to hit a tank you roll a d6 plus strength and then
add them up to the armor value

then if you get on the number i think its a glancing, if higher, penetrating,
then you roll to see how much damage you did to the vehicle

so vehicles are real good now. especially the monolith which almost cannot be
damaged by any close combat guys (almost)
