Description

An RPG based on VTM and on the PC title, Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines. The goal here is to be more dynamic and character-specific, exploring the settings and quests we grew to love while giving Los Angeles new depth. We will also someday carry the story through a new vision of Gehenna, not from the ToJ supplement.

This group is for people who love to write and love VtM. The main group is composed of neonates _only_, no older than around 50, so you may have a very few 4s, but no 5s. Everyone is free to join just to read; the story is being archived in the Files section. If you do want to write, you must be serious and committed--in it for the long haul, ready to post often and well, barring unforeseen real life interference. Have good grammar and spelling, and be friendly.

CURRENT STATUS: As of now, we have quite a few created characters. I can't take on too many at one time without spreading myself too thin for the game to be much fun, but if you think you've got a fresh personality, bring it.

We have 1 Tremere, 1 Gangrel, 1 Ventrue, 1 Nosferatu, and 1 Caitiff, and many Malkavian/Toreador NPCs.

Originality and common sense are priority one. I want archetypes, not stereotypes, and only mortals or vampires. Caitiff/thin bloods are encouraged. And I want some meaty detail in those bios, so don't submit unless you are prepared to present me with a well-developed personality.

IMPORTANT: Do not write a post to the main group if you want your character considered. Write to the moderator personally. And don't be offended if I can't accept you--plenty of perfectly decent characters and writers who simply have their own vision of VtM might not be right for this particular game, for instance, people who don't like writing in past tense third person (this game is that perspective only.) If that's the case, you might want to make your own, and we can link to each other.
