This indicates that WinVROC is not seeing your GPL folder.... Under the VROC menu option go to Options and GPL Folder to the folder where you have GPL...

Mick - You are correct, L = latency...the lower the bar the better. Q = quality and measures packet loss between your computer and the host, lower the better....
