It'll be part of the All-Systems Library, which is another way of saying it's
part of the No System At All Library :) But if someone writes an [A]D&D4
adaptation article, I'll be happy to post a link ...

That's down entirely to how literally/rigidly the GM chooses to impose certain
cosmological assumptions. I've run a fair bit of Uresia games using classic D&D
from ye olden dayes of gaming (mostly D&D 3rd Revised Edition, also known as the
"Elmore-cover" boxes) and I can report from the field that the Clerics had no
trouble casting the usual spells (whether they acquired them in the usual way,
cosmologically speaking, was a question the adventure never required us to
answer, and thus it was Uresia, yea verily) ;)
