Don't forget that daredevil airplane racer Roscoe Turner actually had a lion cub
that flew in his racing planes as a mascot. In Pulp, there's no reason to think
that he didn't keep flying as an 800 pound adult!

Are there any ideas for Mascots? I'm thinking here dogs or perhaps monkeys with fezes... Norm Lost in Film Noir...

I always prefer monkeys with or without headgear. A large snake or lion, or bear would also make an interesting animal companion. Or a Wonder Horse. Or a 6...

Think also in terms of a Wizard's Familiar, say a bird, owl, bat or whatever? Or the sort of companions from the film "Beastmaster", intelligent ferretlike...
