I just found a new server to play on, and have just started:

The Sysop calls it a "Star Trek Delta Sector Game" with several
different aliens: Voth, Borg, Species 8472, Kazon & Vidiians.
Interesting to say the least. I read about it at a small forum (
http://forum.babylonstation.com ) that came up in a google search.
