the Turmel2Step Holdem Outs-Odds in-head calculator gets
really close in just 2 steps (cut it out):

Step 1) Count pot bets for outs needed to chase:
Odds: 45 22 14 10 8 7 6 5 4 3+ 3+ 3 2+ 2+ 2 offered by pot
Outs: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 needed to call

Step 2) Count outs to "Call Overlays, Fold Underlays."
Draw: 4FL 4S2 4S1 TRS PRK PR2 OC1 PRP 3FL 3ST
Turn: 9 8 4 10 5 4 3 2 0 0 outs on Turn
Flop: 9 8 4 8 5 4 3 2 2 1 outs on Flop
(subtract duplicated flush-straight outs)

Exercise draws are offered in the following format:

"XsYc" is your hand "[AsBhCcDd]" is the board on the Turn
s=spades, h=hearts, c=clubs, d=diamonds
"n" is the number of opponents. "AB11" is hand IDentifier
"f+s+p=o" mean flush + straight + pair = outs
