Never know who might have such a nefarious PDF file too. Not saying that I do.

I don't know where to get the PDF but you can buy the box set from
AmaZon.com. Actually I know there is a PDF of all kinds of stuff that you can
get from Nefarious means but I really never have. I figure one of the many file
sharing programs might be your best bet if you plan on finding a PDF but beware
virisus and stuff..
