This list is dedicated to historical wargaming with tanks and related subjects. Any genre of wargaming is encouraged: miniatures, board, and computer wargaming, as long as it's somehow related to armoured fighting vehicles.

Of course, infantry, artillery, and air combat are to be discussed as well.

Tanks first went into action in 1916, but some armoured cars were in service years earlier, so any period between around 1900 and the present are open for conversation. Near-future equipment, covering the next two decades, are on-topic too.

Any scale, any ruleset, any manufacturer; painting tips, terrain, modelling techniques; historical orders of battle, unit organizations, tactics, strategies, logistics; die-hard hardware details and "soft factor" C3 concepts; all that stuff is fair game on this list.

No political discussion! For that, go to the talkingwargames or consim-l lists. Flamefests and trolling will be strongly discouraged.
