This is a forum for Gamers (RPGer's, War Miniature Campaigners, MMO Groups, CCG and BoardGamers, LARPer's, etc.) of the Michiana area. The Michiana area is the region surrounding South Bend and Elkhart, Indiana for about a 90 mile radius in each direction (I have explained this due to past misunderstandings within other groups.)
Unless you have ties to the Michiana Area (i.e., you Live here, attend School here, or Visit here regularly), please do not join this forum, as it pertains to our local gaming culture. Con and Game Designers and Promoters are, of course, welcome here
I do not wish to seem heartless, but we are trying to build a 'local' gaming community. Not regional or global.

This is an open forum for gamers to meet, chat, compile useful tips and aid info, converge for games, build guild or game groups, plan tournaments, make friends, etc.

This forum was initially created to pull together a dying gaming community. As many gamers make the transition from Pen and Paper to Virtual Gaming, the traditional game systems lose momentum. This, I find, is truly saddening, as there are many P and P games out there to explore and entertain for a lifetime, we have to concede that Virtual Gaming is a strong faction in the game world, now. Even I find enjoyment in these; Fighting (or committing) crime in the City of Heroes and City of Villains MMO, nostalging over Pre-NGE Star Wars, or eagerly awaiting Pirates of the Burning Sea and StarGate Worlds (check Links section).
I think it is time to rethink our game community and what that entails. Please join us in this endeavour.BR>
