All enlisted personnel are invited free of charge to the Christmas dinner.
All officers will pay the equitable dining fee of $.25 per officer to Colonel Higginbottem, the Treasurer of the Officer’s Mess. Captain Father Dominic Twombley will say the Christmas prayer: “Lord. As we spend today going about the work at the 918th Bomb Group (H), help me to put aside any bitterness that I'm not celebrating at home with loved ones. I ask you, Loving Father, to give me a special sense of your presence as I meet people, that I may shed on them the light of the Bethlehem Star, the Spirit of Christmas. “
