Yes, you can mail scanned versions of ARs. How do you think people playing on-line get their AR? ;) Just send me a private mail with the name of your character and your RPGA number and I will try to get you the new AR.

P.S. I played at APL14 and got all the favours, full xp&gp. I'm not
certain what the other Oxford players got by way of favours at APL12.
