First of all, I wanted to let everyone know that the Sims Community
has lost our wonderful Tammy, aka fortheloveofbook2. For health and
personal reasons she has had to stop all of her online activity so
that she can concentrate on her real life and getting well. I miss
her already.

I was wondering is there was anyone who has some time to give and
wouldn't mind taking over the updates? I, like Tammy, must cut back
on my online time due to health, but you're not seeing the end of me
yet! However if I add the updates to what I'm already doing, it will
be too much. If you want to do the updates, please respond to this
message. I will receive all messages in my personal email account. If
I don't hear from anyone this week, well then I will have to end the
regular updates you will only receive the special newsletters once or
twice a month or when something important comes up.

Now about Sim Host. I received this notice from Ginnie of Saving The
Sims that I want to pass on to all of you:

"Now the Sims Depot and Save the Sims are willing to try to help to
save these sites!!!!!!!!!

Sims 1 sites--we already do host many files and look forward to
hosting more.

Bigger sites and those who want their own site we can also help.

We have had our own server for about four years, and as a result we
are able to host and handle the files of those who wish to retire
but want to make their creations available to the community.

We are also able to host those sites who wish to continue to create
for the community.

We can set up both pay/free areas.

We are reliable and we have in place the highest security level
available.

We would like the Email addresses for the smaller site owners so we
can contact them and offer tem the same opportunity in case they do
not get the daily updates.

We are here to help both Sims 1 and Sims 2 sites.

Please let us know ASAP so we can plan our server accordingly."
