Doing a quick google for "daily email chess problems" I found this one
although I haven't used this service personally. There likely are
others as well. Several chess sites have daily puzzles some of which
you can even add to your own web page if you like.

There is a chess site which specializes in tactical practice when you
have time for more then one problem and even rates you according to your
ability to solve at:
