It my birthday today, and as always I would like to spread the goodwill.
For 48hrs I shall offer the following deal;
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Buy any PDF product and get it for HALF PRICE.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Now I have not had time to get the TFP Shop configured for this, so you will
have to e-mail me direct and I will send a Paypal invoice.
And one lucky customer will have their entire order free.
I will send Invoices out Thursday night and announce the lucky customer Friday.
Have a great day.
Regards,
G of TFP Games
I have added a extra section on Grenades, it replaces the earlier
rules, and I think is a rather smooth and natural way to do things. It
gives a nice result as well, and no deviation dice required.
See it in the R&D section of the forum.
I have some more little bits to add over the next few nights, so stay
tuned.

Well i've finally got around to printing off my PDF of the Alien Attack
supplement in preparation for a small solo game. Looks like it should be fun
Just had a preliminary read through and the layout is definitely "atmospheric".
The rules look like they'll play very nicely too! Nice job Gordon!
maybe i'm misssing something obvious but I noticed that the description of the
"Very Large" Special Ability on p.22 seems to be incomplete (well at least on my
copy it reads "Very Large When attacking this target it is large enough to make
hitting it"....and that's it!)
Any ideas what the full description should be as i've got a hankering to give my
ERM "Alien Mother" a tabletop debut!

also if anyone's interested these look very tempting for the USCMC...

Number of new things up on the forum this week, a short batrep, some
files, a freebie, and a poll to vote on, and probably something more I
have forgotten.
There is also a update of BoF 3 beta, I am plowing ahead further, so
have a look and voice your thoughts.
I am managing to keep up a steady flow of work to the forum. There is
a new small batrep for 'These Fields of Blood', it was a fantastic
game. A freebie little supplement/scenario for WCBH2, and an update
for BoF3 beta.
I have a few questions on some personal AT weapons stats in the back of the rules booklet.
1.) The PIAT shows an AT rating of 4 but no range etc. What are the correct stats for it?
2.) The US bazooka and the German Panzerfaust and Panzerschrek do not have an AT rating. Should they?
3.) The US M2 .50 cal doesn't have a save. Should it have one?
I am enjoying getting units ready for this game but just wanted some clarification on these items.
Thank you in advance
Paul C.

We are finally up and running (again). It has been quite a week. First things
started to go right with some problems, then Friday it all went sour, and by
Saturday I was faced with more problems with no logic than I knew what to do.
Thankfully, one of our number, Paul, stepped forward and with his help the whole
web site issue has been resolved. Without Paul this would not have happened, at
least not so soon. Thanks for all the help Paul.
The new web site has a whole new look and feel, and functionality. The site is
not yet complete, but as you can see it has come along way. The site has been
built from scratch in under 24hrs. The next step is to add the new TFP Shop,
some dedicated pages to the games, and content. Otherwise it is ready and now
fully functional as the new TFP Games home.
Given that the site is now structured around a phpBB forum, and as I have opened
up the functionality, the forum content can be created by members as well as TFP
Games. You can upload pictures directly (please abide by the 256kb size limit or
they shall be pruned), pdf files of battle reports or scenarios, share ideas,
post community news of new figures or scenery related to TFP Games products,
chat about the periods, ask questions about the rules, get involved in R&D of
new games, and more.
This is a community you can sign up to and it can be as great as we want it.
Obviously I now have the ability to get material out easier and faster, and game
queries will have a searchable record that will be easier to access. This leaves
me with more time to now do what I want, design and share games.
More new things are ready to start rolling out, and the re-release of some old
ones, and this new site now as the functionality to handle these things.
So sign up, join in, have fun. make this a place you want to come to or share
with others.

I have changed the boards style to another type, not
as good, but it works with much the same features, just not as nice.
You can join up now.

Hi all.
This week has been a busy one. The good news is that the new website
and forum is now up and running fully. Check it out now at;
I hope the increased graphical interface makes it easy to navigate.
More graphical content is on the way to make it better still.
Next week I will add the Paypal shopping cart.
Also next week a competition will be announced.
Over the weekend I am uploading the first of the new R&D game idea
to start testing and discussing. But you need to join the forum to
access the R&D section.
Also next week since the website is now up, running, and finalised,
will be the next WCBH2 supplement, its a western gunfight one, and it
has some rather different and inspiring ideas. If you have the original
supplement for WCBH it is vastly different and much expanded.
I have been busy with other projects this week as well, scenery in
particular, and I have some boards and a river to finish for Sunday, as
I am running a larger, near Divisional size TFoB game at the club (a
rare opportunity for me to attend). I promise some pics but no detailed
batreps this time.
So it is off to do some glueing, and I hope to see you on the boards.
The membership system is now open and you can upload files and photos
there.

G of TFP Games

Bazookas and PIATs AT 4
Panzerfaust & Panzerschreck AT 6

Just got the WCBH 2 PDF. Very nice design and
cool mechanics! A couple of questions regarding
AT ratings.
Bazooka,Panzerfaust,etc...These have no AT rating.
Just curious as to how these would attack a tank.
The rules seem to imply that they can't.
Also, why do some weapons have a AT rating of 0
and some have a blank reading?
Any help is appreciated! Again, nice set of
rules!

update
Just to update you
all with what is happening. TFP Games is moving web host. This is
because of ongoing probs with our current host and services. I have not
been able to get them to sort it out.
The new problem is transferring the domain name to the new host servers, and we
are having some problems. I could bore you with the details and the
stupidity of the whole affair but I can summarise it in that it is an American
company that does not realise that their is a world beyond Hawaii,
New York, and Miami,
and have moved their support department to India.
So they have a few days and then I shall just get a new domain name in the mean
time.
The new host is very nice and helpful, and is here in NZ.
The ongoing problems I am having with the forum as well mean that when the new
site goes up (next week one way or the other) it will be dropped and integrated
on the new site where I will have total control.
