PtP was the original game which both IBL and Dynasty are based on.
IBL has some advanced rules and features that Dynasty does not have.

IBL is free and updated cards are provided yeach year for free. If
you like, you can also join the IBL league and play over the internet.

In summary, the games have the same mechanics of game play but IBL is
more in depth and free.
