I agree with their point that the TORG rules are best suited for the Nile Empire
and ill-suited for the other realms.
I've been thinking about putting it to the test. I'd like to run a game of all
Ords in the Cyberpapacy. That means no Possibilities and no cardplay. It would
be set in CyberFrance to use all that detail in the sourcebook, but there would
be no Possibility War and no out-of-realm influences. Or perhaps the ords just
can't process such things and interpret them in the context of their own
reality.
Then I could see if the rules support such lower-powered play. Tanks and heavy
weapons become dangerous like they are supposed to be. The PCs are truly
oppressed and hunted. Cyberware is tempting and dangerous, and also represents
selling out to the Church.
But that's on my back burner for now.

their points, and to some degree I agree with them: Nile Empire is the best
written and designed realm, and the game could have JUST been about that (or
Terra) and would have succeeded at what it was doing.
