I also got some relief on the Palan restriction on miracles, that they
can only be cast on the Priest himself. With the +3 penalty for
providing the Faith himself, he would be hopeless. Why even bother
giving them Calm, Captivate or Healing Waters?

So I negotiated to give up the zero cast time in exchange for being
able to affect others.
