cepheus is listed as the moderator, I sent an email to the address in
his Yahoo profile about the spammer but it doesn't appear that
anything's been done yet.

There's always WEG's forums and the original Torg mailing list, they
both have active moderators. Discussion has been very light of late,
though more active than the bar & grill.
