The problem is, that although many of these games are PBeM, if it's rare that you have web access, rather than just email access, it's actually very hard to find one. It's not all that easy to find one looking for members even if you have got web access either - mostly you just come across list of links after list of links, and at least half the games are dead or not looking for members.
