Word From Brad:
OCFoosball started one year ago. A big thanks to everyone that has come to
the tournaments and supported our growth. We are going to be celebrating on
9/28/02 at the Big Rookie Tournament...so come join us!
What's Happening at OCFoosball:
1. We are getting ready for the $1500 Rookie Tournament on Sat 9/28

giveaways, posting on message boards, etc...I think you get the picture. I
have heard that players are coming from Arizona to play in the Tournament.
Sign up's start 11am and 1hr before start of each event and close 15
prior...show up early so you don't get left out.
$500 Singles $10 entry Starting at 12pm/Noon
$500 BYP (Bring Your Partner) $15 entry Starting at 3pm
$500 DYP (Draw Your Partner) $15 entry Starting at 7pm
**Prizes based on 50 players per event. Package price is $30 for all three
events, this includes a raffle ticket for prizes given out every hour during
the day.
2. We are starting a Weekly Open DYP on Sat 10/5

Fooser Tip's:
Q: When your opponent is shooting the ball where should your men be? Up,
Down, what?
A: They should be down and angling around 45 deg. toward the goal you would
be shooting on. The reason for this is if your opponent misses the shot you
have a better chance of catching the ball in this position when it comes
flying out of the goal area.
