SoKingTac was established in September 2002 and is a meeting place for board gamers in the South King County, Tacoma Washington area. The idea is to build up a regular group of players that get together on a regular basis to play games. Our number one goal is to have fun and we want this to be a competitive, but family friendly group as some of us have children that we want to encourage to participate (i.e. please refrain from smoking, alcohol, drugs and profanity)

So please be mindful and respectful of that in your speech and conduct both on the message boards and at group functions.

Finally, although many of the best and most popular games are of European origin at the moment, we certainly don't restrict our games to any one particular genre or nation of origin.
