Found your rules while searching for sci fi skirmish games. Looks
interesting (& fast) & might be suitable for Star Guard or the old FGU
Space Marines types of universes.

Whilst I haven't gone into Star Guard or Space Marines background, I
have used the figures. Stan Johansen's 15mm Adventurer's and Dracon
infantry got a lot of play. Slammer's Dracon railgun is based on the
longer rifle carried by SJ's Dracon infantry figures.
