Yeah, I'm having to figure out with each person which rules were going to play
with. So far we've all been agreeing to the same ideas.

I don't think so. I contacted George after that posting to see how much a set
would cost, and it had been a misunderstanding. He's not making or selling a Ko
set.
In related news ... I am currently playing Ko via email at the moment. Woohoo!
My opponent and I are about 30 moves into the game. It is pretty interesting and
it's easier to get pieces out to the middle of the board than I was expecting.
I should be starting up a second game soon. Looking forward to seeing if I can
do a better job in the opening. :)
