CALLED ACE 3 pm (check in begins at 2 PM)

$25 ENTRY FEE FOR EACH DIVISION. ($5 additional for entries received
after October 16th, or on day of tournament.)

$1,000 FIRST PLACE EACH DIVISION

(Each tournament has a separate prize fund, with 90% Cash Return)

$10 Casino Money for the winner of each table, and #25 Casino Money
for the high score for each round.

Play Off 6 PM (Top 6 from each Dvision, if duplicates, will go down
further, you can only qualify once for the play offs. 3 from each
Dvision at each table (2 tables of siz). Each table will play one
round of JD and one round of Called Ace, then the 3 JD qualifiters
from each table will switch tables, and another round of JD and
Called Ace will be played at that table. The high score from all four
rounds will be the champion, and awarded a trophy/plaque, free
entries to six tounaments of choice out of the next 12 months, and a
free entry to both the JD and Called Ace tournaments in the
Championships if held again next year. No prize money for the play
offs.

address, and phone number. The Casino Will be making up frequent
gamblers cards for all participants, and names and addresses must
match your ID.

Bad River Lodge is the Host Hotel, special rate of $50 per night for
a room with 2 double beds, or one king.

We are chartering a bus that will leave on Friday AM and return on
Sunday PM. Depart Richfield Chalet, 9 AM; Gurkee's Corners Park Ride
9:30 AM; Bowl A Vard Lanes (Madison) 10:45 AM. We will stop for lunch
in Wausau, at Hereford & Hops Restaurant @ 1 PM, and then depart from
there at 2 PM. Cost of the bus is $50 round trip, from any of the
above mentioned stops (Richfield, Brookfield, Madison, Wausau) and
parking is permitted at all but Gurkee's Corners. (Bus should be
prepaid through Terri also,)

SUNDAY - NOV 7TH - 1030 AM

Sunday Morning Brunch (cost not included) at Lodge before departing
on bus at noon.

sujbect to cancellation, and all entry fees will be fully refunded..
