Frances Hodgson Burnett left the readers of the Secret Garden with a happy ending of a family coming together and three children learning where they belonged. However, she also left us with an opening for an even grander story. The necessities are there. A budding love triangle between three people and a gloomy, but kind, misfigured man who needs love and to be loved. Where will they go from here?

Answer that question by taking on the roles of Mary, Dickon, Colin and Archibald as they years passed and more dramas touched their lives. Give it flavor and bring these characters to life. As well as bringing in characters that were only touched on or not even mentioned in the book.

This roleplay will take place six years after the end of the book. Colin and Mary are sixteen, Dickon is now eighteen. Colin has always been open with his feelings for Mary, weather they are truley love or a tenderness for her because she was the one who really gave him life. But along with that, there was also the sweet inclination of childhood love that was hinted at between Mary and Dickon. Archibald, while mourning his wife, was also given new life through his son. How far will that new life take him? Will he too experience the glory of love again? And what of the Sowerby clan? Would he not wish to shower them with thanks for Susan Sowerby helping him to come back to this glorious world of fatherhood. And Martha had grown too...what trials will her life put her through?
