RESOLUTION FOR THE REMOVAL OF ALL MRCINARY FORCES ASSOCIATED WITH NATIONAL FORCES OF THE SC-UN OPERATING IN OR NEAR THE CURRENT STATE OF KANAN-MORI CALLING ITSELF THEOCRACY OF SARAPHIA

 THE DELARATION OF THE ILLEGALITY OF SUCH ORGANIZATIONS IN SCANDIA

WHEREAS, there are mercenary forces operating under contract of SC-UN member states in or near the current state of Kanan-Mori calling itself theocracy of Saraphia;

WHEREAS, these forces owe no allegiance to any recognized nation and are according to established rules of war and the first SC-UN convention illegal;

WHEREAS, the object and charter of the SC-UN mandates the peaceful resolution of conflict as a first course of action and;

WHEREAS, these mercenary forces are an immoral and destabilizing element independent of the SC-UN.

BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED that the Scandian United Nations and its members hereby declare the use and hire of mercenary forces in or near Kanan-Mori, calling itself the Theocracy of Saraphia, illegal;

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Scandian United Nations and its members will from this day forward disavow such organizations and the use of such organizations as contrary to the charter of the Scandian United Nations and the Rules of War as set out in the First Charter and;

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Scandian United Nations and its members hereby declare that military authority can only be established as a part of a lawful and recognized nation state, for the legitimate protection of the state to which it belongs.

FURTHER RESOLVED, that any state that hires or makes use of such forces are operating contrary to the charter and are subject to sanctions and if necessary military action.

FURTHER RESOLVED that the Scandian United Nations and its members shall abide by this resolution until it is superseded by another resolution adopted by the Scandian United Nations and its members.
