SUMATARAN: I see. ::excited:: Sir, would you extend us the courtesy of observing
the upgrade?
EPSILON: Your participation would be a prudent security measure, as Chief of
Engineering you will have access to my declassified schematic.
::Sumataran waited for the Haalian's reaction's to her offer. (Epsilon would
store it for later analysis.)::
ESKYYS: I would be honored, but just so you know, I've seen most of your
classified schematics. How do you think I was able to design my arm?
SUMATARAN: ::confused:: Epsilon?
ESKYYS: You didn't see the report on my prosthetic arm? I'll have to show it to
you while your with it.
SUMATARAN: Yes, I'd be most interested... your arm is... very real. We have to
process all of Epsilon's visual record in real time.
ESKYYS: It grew back after the ceremony to save the Captain on Ba'ku.
EPSILON: My theory, Doctor, is that the nanotechnology embedded in the unit
aided in the regrowth of Commander Eskyss' Haalian DNA, however, this is
apparently still up for analysis at the lab.
ESKYSS: reply
SUMATARAN: Commander, would you like a drink?
ESKYSS: reply
EPSILON: I will ingest water.
::Epsilon approached a replicator and ordered their drinks. She paused. There
was an error message on the replicator.::
SUMATARAN: ::laughs:: That's unusual.
::The water Epsilon had ordered was frozen in a solid in a glass.::
EPSILON: Apparently there is something wrong with this unit.
ESKYSS: reply
SUMATARAN: Well, I would toast to success, but water isn't customarily
celebratory drink. Let's hope our state-of-the-art laboratory.
ESKYSS: reply
SUMATARAN: We'll see you in a few hours, Sir.
::Eskyss left to join Commander Mitchell at the other end of the lounge, leaving
Sumataran and Epsilon and the frozen glass::

::Alex took her time showering. The hot water against her skin felt good.
She hadn't realized just how tense her muscles had been until the water
began pounding against it. Once she felt relaxed, she climbed out of the
shower and turned off the water.::
::Reaching for a towel, she dried off and then combed her hair. She stood in
front of the mirror for a moment, still finding all this so hard to believe.
She could sense how much Tyr loved her and the baby (already).::
oOWhat did I do to deserve...Oo
::She shook her head, unwilling to finish the thought. She went to the bag
she had left by the door before they had gone to the ceremony. Reaching
inside, Alex pulled out a black lace teddy. She quickly dressed (if that's
what you could call it), glad for a moment that she could still fit in the
garment.::
::Once satisfied with her appearance, she walked slowly out into the
bedroom. She stopped and sighed, seeing Tyr lying on the bed apparently
asleep. Crossing the room, she crawled onto the bed with a smile. She raised
up on one arm, gently tracing her fingers along Tyr's abdomen.::
MORGAN: I love you so much.
::She leaned forward and kissed him softly. Then she laid her head on his
chest.::
WALTAS:
MORGAN: ::raising her head ot look at him:: I thought maybe you would rather
sleep.
WALTAS:
MORGAN: I do have something for you.
WALTAS:
::Alex grinned as she sat up and reached over Tyr, pushing him down onto his
back. She opened the nightstand drawer where she had hidden the gift
earlier.::
MORGAN: I was waiting for the perfect time.
::She pulled the small box out of the drawer. She rolled back, propping
herself up with one arm and holding the package above Tyr with her free
hand.::
MORGAN: There's no more perfect time than right now.
WALTAS:
MORGAN: Open it.
::Alex could sense Tyr's bewilderment as she watched him carefully unwrap
and open the box.
::It was a handcrafted piece much like what humans consider a bangle
bracelet. It was made of a rose colored gold with an intricate Bajoran
pattern engraved into the metal.::
MORGAN: I know it's probably not what you expected but it's one of a kind.
::Smiling:: My mother had given it to my father when they... well almost
married.

it
was under very stranger circumstances and I didn't see him again until he turned
up on SB118 about a year ago with a new clone of Hannibal
Garrett: I wonder why he cloned him
Archer: I guess he assumed that the original animal had died, I don't know
Garrett: I must admit I thought Danar knew I had kept him.. It seems Hannibal is
good at finding
new familys/caregivers. .
Archer: Well I guess that was somewhere in his sense of survival, how long did
you keep him for?
Garrett: For a number of year, I cared for him before I left star fleet. However
when I returned to earth, it was decided to remove him from the place and most
people
he knew was cruel. So the crew adopted him
Archer: Wow, that's a nice story, I never realised he had gone to the hearts of
so many people
Garrett: What animal could ask for more? A whole crew to care for him.. And
give him treats
Archer: Well its not like he ever went without!

Archer: Are they here with you on the Discovery?
Garrett: No, my daughter has joined star fleet and so is at the acdemdy, and my

Archer: And there father?
Garrett: Gre’ta is my adopted daughter, her parents are dead. Dylan father has
not

:: Lieutenant General Lucy Tesch sat at her desk looking over reports after
reports; the arduous task of placing Marines where they were most needed was
her responsibility. There had been a major influx of Marines just recently
but it also came at an alarming rate of demand. Peace was an uneasy thing,
the major powers of the Alpha Quadrant were still recovering from the brutal
Dominion War, the Federation stretched to its limit. Flag Officers had come
under increasing pressure to keep the Federation secure in the uneasy time
it was in.::
:: Lt.General Tesch brushed back her long wavy blonde hair, and continued to
look over the Marine deployments in the Ithassa Region as well as the Avalon
and Trinity Sectors. Particularly she looked at the two stations that came
under attack, DS17 and DS285, noticing that both stations didn't operate
with Marine's but just standard Security in this times on the frontlines
Tesch had decided Marines could be utilised everywhere. Looking at vessels
in those areas that housed Marines, it was only a matter of choice of who
needed them most. The Challenger's goal was to establish the Duronis Embassy
and therefore had a need for Marines. The Constitution had a small
detachment of Marines but given the size of the vessel it was far prudent to
keep the Marines there. Which left one vessel, the Discovery. Currently
docked at DS285 it was going to be easier to solve half the problem than
first thought.::
::Given DS285 had over 1,000 Security Personnel it would be easier to
transfer across Security Personnel and simply swap them with the Marine
contingent on the Discovery. She had full clearance to deploy the Marines
where ever she wanted; all she had to do was to persuade both the CO of
DS285 and the CO of Discovery to part with their crew. Once again Tesch
pushed back her blonde hair from over her hazel eyes to confirm there had
been no other requests made in those sectors, on double checking she saw
that the CO of DS285 a Commander Nicholas Dane had placed a request for a
small contingent of Marines, something of a coincidence, but she wasn't
complaining, she'd be able to grant this request, and solve the issue in no
time at all. She opened a link to the Discovery.::

Tesch: Captain I won't beat around the bush. As I'm sure you're aware there
is a high demand for Marines and despite the huge influx, we can't cope.
Waltas: I'm sorry to hear that, General. The Marine Corps assigned to
Discovery has been invaluable during the last two missions. With our current
replacements I think...
Tesch: Captain in short, despite your past mission where you clearly used
the Marines onboard, I don't believe you need them, I'm sure a Security
Force under the right leadership could deal with the threat it faced.
::Whilst speaking she pulled up the Senior Officers roster, looking at the
Senior Marines there was certainly very capable Officers there. Tyr frowned
visibly.::
o O Who are YOU to decide what's best for my ship? You're sitting there
flying a desk for the last decade. O o
Waltas: General, with all due respect, I think it's best if the Captain of
the Discovery decides what is best for Discovery. The last mission proved
that we need the Marines...
Tesch: Commander Dane has requested a contingent of Marines after the attack
on his station, and quite right too. I propose a swap, he's just taken in
some new Security personnel, he gives you them and you give him your
Marines.
Waltas: General I understand Commander Dane's needs and will attempt to
accomodate them, but I will not give up officers who have served under me
for years because of a shortage of troops. DS-285 is more than capable of
defending itself..
Tesch: Well you seem to have three very capable Senior Officers, two of
which have been Chief of Security before one of them serves in the Hazard

TESCH:Very well you keep the Senior personnel that wish to stay, but the
Marines will be dispatched to DS285 with immediate effect and you will
recieve Security personnel instead how you go about organising them is youre

be on our way?
MITCHELL: Sure Lets.
::Mitchell took the lead, with Lundrigan following next to him.::
MITCHELL: So Lundrigan, how was the ride out?
LUNDRIGAN: Thankfully, it was uneventful. It gave me a bit of time to brush up
on my nav studies. I was a bit weak on that in my final year. The crew of the
freighter offered me carte blanche access to the bridge, but I didn't hang out
there very often. I just didn't feel comfortable being there without having a
console to control. ::shrugging apologetically:: Do you know what I mean?
MITCHELL: Well being a former fighter pilot, I hate riding while something else
is driving.
LUNDRIGAN: Yes, that's pretty much how I felt. The, uh, riding part, not the
fighter pilot part, of course!
::Eric flushed slightly at his stammering. He fervently hoped that the
commander would understand Lundrigan's nervousness. Fortunately, a snippet of
the conversation behind them filled Eric's awkward moment of hesitation.::
ANDERS: ::laughs:: Well, for the most part, Commander Mitchell usually keeps me
flying a fighter or behind the helm, but now with Ensign Lundrigan around to
help, maybe I'll have more of an opportunity to see more of the ship.
MITCHELL: I heard that.
::Glancing back, Eric caught Rriarr suppressing a smile. It was contagious, as
he couldn't help breaking out into a smile as well.::
::They reached the corner and almost ran right into Commander Eskyys.::
ESKYYS: So which one of you is the Engineer?
MITCHELL: ::pointing to Ensign Rriarr.:: Ensign Rriarr here is your new man.
ESKYYS: Nice to meet you Ensign. I was heading over for an inspection tour,
Rriarr your with me. Anyone else want to come?
MITCHELL: I'll pass this time. I need to get them both issued quarters.
ANDERS: Well, since Commander Eskyys is taking Rriarr to see his department, and
Commander Mitchell is getting your assigned to quarters, Lundrigan, why don't I
just take you up to the Bridge, and let you take a look at helm?
LUNDRIGAN: That'd be great, sir. I've never had a chance to see the bridge of
this class of ships.
ANDERS: Okay we'll do that and meet you all in Engineering. How would that be?
RRIARR: Err that sounds alright to me.
LUNDRIGAN: ::facing each in turn:: Rriarr, we'll see you again soon. Commander
Mitchell, thank you for your assistance. Commander Eskyys, an honor to meet
you. ::finally facing Anders:: Alright! Where do we head from here?
ANDERS: ::Point to the turbolift.:: Right this way.
::Anders and Lundrigan moved away from the group towards a nearby lift. As they
entered, Eric considered his impressions of this officer he would be working
closely with. Compared to Eric, she was petite in stature, but seemed very
assertive and forthcoming, as well as friendly. Inwardly, Eric gave a sigh of
relief. He had been concerned during his flight to Starbase 285, obsessed with
the possibility of facing harsh, judgmental superiors. So far, his concerns
were proving to be for naught.::
LUNDRIGAN: So, Commander. Do you find it difficult transitioning between
piloting the Discovery and piloting fighter craft? ::adding hastily:: Well,
maybe not you specifically, but, maybe, someone like me?
ANDERS: <response>
LUNDRIGAN: Of course, I obviously will need some training in the fighters. I
doubt they handle like the shuttlecraft I'm used to. ::with a sheepish grin:: I
don't expect I'll be doing much of anything until I get up to speed.
ANDERS: <response>
LUNDRIGAN: I'm sure that once I'm settled into the crew rotation, it won't take
long until everything starts feeling like second nature. It was mentioned to me
in my placement dossier that I needed to be prepared to fill one of several
roles aboard the Discovery. Helm, obviously, but possibly Comm and maybe even
Ops at some point. It all seems pretty, well, exciting, I suppose!
::Once again within only a few minutes, Eric found himself feeling like he was
making a fool of himself before a superior officer. He hoped he didn't sound as
silly as he felt.::
LUNDRIGAN: I'm sorry for going on like the greenhorn I am, fresh off the
shuttle. I honestly don't mean to sound like a Starfleet recruitment video.
I'm just really happy, and motivated to get started.

McCALL: Okay, one last thing before you go, when you do leave Starfleet can I
ask what you plan to do as a career? Deciding to leave is the easy part,
thinking about what you are going to do afterwards is far more difficult. If
you have not already got a plan come up with one before you send your letter of

private practice there. We were engaged to be married before he left Starfleet.
I should have gone with him, but now, I'm going to him to see if we can salvage

QUAY: Sir, I won't lie to you. It all boils down to one thing... I've lost my

COMPUTER: The precision ranks are too different.

oO There is nothing... that's odd. Well, there are some minor fluctuations,
but still it makes no sense. What we saw wasn't a minor fluctuation at all.

KIVITH: Lt. Valdivia, I have a progress report for you.
VALDIVIA: That's good to hear, I seem to be stuck.
KIVITH: Sir, my findings strongly suggest that an unusually potent burst of
gamma radiation could be responsible for all the mechanical trouble
experienced
on the ship.
oO What do you mean by potent? How did we not detect it? It couldn't be too
far away if it hit us... Oo
VALDIVIA: Yes, you mentioned that. Let me see what you have.
KIVITH: Aye sir. ::She showed Valdivia the padd she was working on,

burst, the ship was functioning normally. But once the gamma burst struck,
the
ship began experiencing strong power fluctuations that affected most
subsystems,
including the false warp core breach.
VALDIVIA: That seems consistant with what we have... almost. It's still some
work to do here. However, I'd also like to find out what could create a
gamma burst strong enough to hit us from outside our sensor range.
KIVITH: I agree. I believe our next step is to get a scientific team at that
gamma burst's origin point. I will approach the captain and request

::Kivith was more than slightly curious when she met up with Lt. Valdivia.
After spending nearly twenty hours yesterday with Dr. Leona examining the
possible effects of a gamma burst on the Discovery, Kivith was looking forward
to proving her theory that the weird events that took place--such as the false
warp core breach--were caused by the burst.
VALDIVIA: Good morning, ensign.
KIVITH: Good Morning, sir.
VALDIVIA: I gathered the men on the bridge, we'll start from there.
KIVITH: The bridge? :: she raised a curious eyebrow::
VALDIVIA: Well, that's our only access to the Main Computer while the repair
teams are working on the ship.
::Kivith nodded and fell into step behind the Lt.::
VALDIVIA: :: As they entered to the turbolift. :: Bridge. :: The turbolift
started moving. :: We'll, our main objective today is to find out what
happened, no to repair anything. Until the systems are all repaired,
restarting the computer is pointless, because you'll have to do it again.
:: They entered the bridge, there were some people from engineering still
working there, but it was almost done. They had done an excelent job. There
were 5 people gathered around O'CONNOR, so they were probably his people. He
approached and found he had read all their profiles, but he could not
remember the names. ::
VALDIVIA: Ok, lets get started. Our main objective today is to find out what
happened when the evacuation. There are two things I'd like to investigate.
The obvious one is the cause of the fake core breach. The other one is what
the hell are those readings. :: He showed a PADD. ::
O'CONNOR: What are those, boss?
VALDIVIA: We took the from the Fearless sensors. There was some kind of
energy signature near the bridge when only Captain Waltas and Commander
Eskyys were aboard. I want to find out what that was.
::Kivith wanted to speak her mind about her own theory, but she was willing to
hold it in until the time was right::
VALDIVIA: OK, we'll work like this. O'Connor, you take three people and go
to engineering. Find what made the computer think we were about to blow up
in pieces. Mind that there will be repair teams working there, coordinate
with them.
O'CONNOR: Yes, boss. :: He nodded, and with a glance he selected his two
companions, who nodded in return. ::
VALDIVIA: You three take your tricorders and try to find anything strange in
the bridge. Energy fluctuations, radiation sources... whatever. Don't be too
optimist with this, because yesterday there wasa baryon sweep that should
have eliminated all those. But you never now. Ensing Kivith and me will be
working on those readings, and comparing them with the Discovery's readings.
Inform me as soon as you find something, or within the hour if you don't.
:: Everyone mumbled a 'yes, sir' and left, or started working. Valdivia
approached to Kivith, handing her the PADD. ::
VALDIVIA: Want to see the readings? There is nothing to be found, however.
It's just an unidentificable energy burst. 1.47 seconds, but that's all we
have.
KIVITH: Sir, while working with Dr. Leona yesterday, she alerted me to a gamma
radiation burst from across the whole sector that struck the ship. As you
probably know a gamma burst shouldn't be that potent. I'd like to see if there
are other engineering complications that arose from that specific event.
VALDIVIA: I'd start with checking the computer and trying to find the
readings from the bridge at the same moment. However, I have a bad feeling
about this.
::Kivith immediately went to work using the computer terminal. She didn't share
Valdivia's 'feelings' at all, mostly because those 'feelings' were illogical and
had no place in an investigation. Where none but she could know it, there was
growing excitement in her. To be able to locate proof of such a massive spatial
irregularity would turn some of the commonly held knowledge of subspace on its
head. Of course, the event could turn out to be an unnatural phenomenon. That
would be an interesting discovery, too--finding out how the burst was created
would be enlightening. Unless of course, if the burst's producers were hostile.
Kivith suspsected the likelihood of that to be quite low, however.
She spent several hours on the computer comparing times and adverse reactions
within the ship. As she suspected, there were only very minor
fluctuations--fairly normal ones at that, in the ship's power grid before that
gamma burst. That gave her theory a little bit more credibility. It was time
to give her results to the Lt.::
KIVITH: Lt. Valdivia, I have a progress report for you.
VALDIVIA: response
KIVITH: Sir, my findings strongly suggest that an unusually potent burst of

:: With the arrival of Lieutenant Archer, McCall quickly moved the conversation
onto the current situation with regard to the Marines. He was not really
comfortable talking about his personal live at the best of times and this
certainly was not going to be helped by the arrival of a new Marine Officer.::
McCall: Well we were expecting 36 new arrivals but with yourself, Lieutenant
Garrett and Captain Wood being here already it is down to 33. No worries about
the officers, but the 33 enlisted personnel are pretty much all transferring in
from other Marine units. They are going to need to be vetted. Alternatively you
can lend a hand in the renovation of the 3rd company barracks on the station. We
are technically the 3rd company for administration purposes although we
officially assigned to Discovery.
Archer: Is there anything you can suggest that I do sir?
McCall: I would suggest that you enjoy your leave while you can, given the
mission tempo for Discovery of late we will be on assignment very shortly.
Garrett: I might see if they need any help with repairs. after the last few
years, I have had a lot of free time
::Rei Smiled::
Archer: I think Ill join you Lt Garrett, if that's alright of course
McCall: Well whatever you decided, Marine training starts tomorrow at 0600 in
the Marine gym on the Station. We are not cleared to return to Discovery yet. PT
gear, mostly going to be a fitness assessment of the new arrivals to see where
they are compared to everyone else. Not going to be all that strenuous as such
given the number of walking wounded that we have.
Garrett: Very good. I think I will try to get in contact with engineering.
::Rei looked at Archer::
Garrett: Nice to meet you
::Rei nodded at McCall, and made her way out of the room, Archer headed out as
well. The Colonel looked around the now empty room for a moment before leaving.
He returned to his quarters and switched into a duty uniform before going to his
makeshift office in the stations Marine section. On his desk was a considerable
amount of paperwork, most of it had not been brought over from the Discovery
either.::
oO I had less paperwork than this when I was CO of Starbase 118... Oo
:: Most of the paperwork was to do with new arrivals, he looked through the
bits that concerns Woods, Garrett and Archer first. As he got to the end of the
last file on the three officers his computer screen beeped with the tone that
suggested he had an incoming call. After trying to acknowledge he call the
computer requested his Intel clearance code. After tapping in the code the
screen was filled with face of Director Cole. The Director had short grey hair
and a matching neatly trimmed beard, his rank insignia on his collar remained
conspicuous by it's absence. Judging from the background the Director was once
more back at in charge of Intelligence in the Sol system.::
McCALL: Good Morning Director. What do I owe for the call?
COLE: Morning Colonel. Straight to the point as usual. Are you aware of the
Achilles recent missions?
McCALL: As in the evac of the colony?
COLE: No, they responded to a distress call from a civilian transport a number
of hours ago. They found the transport badly damaged but with no crew. They
tracked down the ship responsible, a D7 battle cruiser with modifications.
After engaging and crippling the cruiser they rescued the transports crew and
passengers before being attacked by 3 more modified ships that were originally a
Romulan warbird, a Cardassian Galor and a Federation Miranda. The Achilles took
damage but managed to escape, she is on the way back to DS-285.
McCALL: I assume Starfleet will respond to this attack?
COLE: In due course. The Achilles also picked up four of the D7-class ships
crew. A mixture of different races, no Klingons, Romulans or Cardassian
lifesigns have actually be detected on the four ships.
McCALL: What is this to do with me?
COLE: We have few Intel assets in the Avalon sector since your taskforce was
moved. We need to speak with them and apply necessary leverage to get answers
about who they are, what they are doing and where they are based.
McCALL: So you want me to speak with them? What is my leverage? I very much
doubt a Federation penal colony and my marine uniform will get the job done.
COLE: I am sending you a copy of an extradition treaty with the Saurian Empire.
While they have not actually attacked any Saurian ships they have operated in
Saurian space and attacked people that trade with the Saurians. The Saurian
criminal justice system is a little more... robust than ours, the threat of
handing them over should suffice.
McCALL: Correct me if I am wrong but we don't have a Extradition treaty with
the Saurians.
COLE: Not yet, it is a complicated and elaborate fake. Will certainly be good
enough to fool a modern day pirate. If it isn't and they remain uncooperative a
different approach will be taken. I doubt it will be needed though. Captain
Struntz of the Achilles has been advised. I suggest you deal with this matter
on board the Achilles rather than the Station, she is due back in 3 hours.
:: McCall's computer beeped as a copy of the fake Extradition treaty arrived.::
McCALL: Understood, one last question. I take it you don't know what shore
leave means Director?
COLE: ::smiling:: No Colonel, Good day.
:: The screen switched to Starfleet Intelligence logo before going blank.::
oO Bet he has never had a days holiday in his life.. Oo
:: His commbadge beeped before he had a chance to really think about what Cole
had said.::

BLUEHEART: Yes, well... ::He cut her short, though he knew her well enough to
know she didn't even intend on finishing her sentence.:: She's upset with me.
MADONNA: What did you do this time, Raj? ::She leaned forward to gaze him in the
eye sternly.::
BLUEHEART: I just don't think a starship is a place for a little girl like her.
We almost got killed during our last mission! I think she's better off staying
on DS285 with Sheila... ::He looked down into his glass, expecting it to console
him.::
MADONNA: Did you tell her what you're telling me right now? ::She was as blunt
as he remembered her to be.::
BLUEHEART: ::stammering:: I was going to... but I got busy... and then
Hannibal...
MADONNA: Hey, if there's one valuable thing I learned raising Lourdes and Rocco
and David and Mercy, is that you gotta be open with your kids. No secrets. No "I
don't think you're old enough yet to discuss these things" crap. You just gotta
tell them how you feel, be open and have a healthy discussion. It's the only way
they're ever gonna trust you.
BLUEHEART: But she's going to say that she wants to stay with me on Discovery...
MADONNA: Then it's settled then. ::She smiled, running her hand through her
hair.::
BLUEHEART: What's settled? It's not settled. I don't want her in a place of
danger.
MADONNA: She could scald herself boiling an egg. ::She rolled her eyes again.::
Or get sucked out of an airlock. Or marry an abusive man. Or get pregnant when
she's 16.
BLUEHEART: Hey!
MADONNA: All I'm saying is that danger is everywhere, Raj. You can't always be
there to protect her each and everytime. You're only going to asphyxiate her...
She's old enough to make her own decisions, by the way. And I'm sure she knows
what she's getting herself into.
::Blueheart fell silent, pondering the words. He tipped his glass and finished
the drink.::
BLUEHEART: You think I should let her stay with me aboard the Discovery?
MADONNA: Oh Raj! You're such a cute baby sometimes! ::She slapped his thigh.::
Let me just save us all the headaches and decide for you to let Addie stay with
you on Discovery. Okay?
BLUEHEART: You sure about that?
MADONNA: There's a reason why I'm your role model, right?
BLUEHEART: I guess... ::He smiled coyly.::
MADONNA: Now he's being modest, people! ::She shouted playfully to the crowd.::
You're only my biggest fan ev-vah!
BLUEHEART: ::proudly:: Yeah, I am!
MADONNA: You shouldn't give a damn about what others may think about your
decisions. I've been misjudged all my life and called all sorts of nasty things,
but I appreciate that you see right through all that. It takes a certain level
of maturity to see past all the mistakes and wrong decisions I took in my life
and career, and acknowledge the strength and independence and self-respect I
hold dear to my heart. I'm pleased someone saw the lesson I was trying to teach
the world - empowering one's self to realize the impossible!
BLUEHEART: ::blushing:: I wish I had the opportunity to get to know you in
person.
MADONNA: Hey, this holoprogram stuff ain't half that bad, chico! I like it here.
Just hate the song... Hey DJ! ::She yelled loudly, drawing attention.:: How
about playing 'Vogue' for my pal here, eh?
::She got up and grabbed Blueheart's neck in the crook of her left arm, ruffling
his hair and leading him to the center of the dancefloor. The crowd fell silent
as the first few bars of music drifted onto the dance arena.::
BLUEHEART: ::protesting in vain:: I really hate being the center of attention!
MADONNA: ::laughing raucously:: Too late, mister! Now, strike a pose!
(OOC: Sorry if this is too long and/or self-indulgent. Just needed a pick-me-up
