((Imperial City Ship, Plecanth , Orbiting Gondon (Borlan Six))

:: The Emperor of the Saurian race was sitting on his crystal throne that was
lined with gold. The Home world is where most of his people lived and where the
Quorum ruled the common people but It was this very large city ship that the
housed the Imperial throne. This city ship was the home for all Saurians until
they began to settle in the Avalon Sector recently. While most Saurians moved to
the comfort of more natural surroundings the throne in keeping with tradition
stayed on the Imperial City Ship. ::

:: Circular in shape with a large hollow center that housed a ball of pulsating
red plasma that was the propulsion and power source that can be seen as a
godlike red star from orbit. Like most things the Emperor owned it was not only
large but decadent. The ship was onyx almost pitch black except for intricate
silver like designs that embroidered the ship like a tapestry. The Plecanth also
looked like it was studded with pearls, except they were actually large cannons
and energy turrets. The Imperial Dreadnaught was a tribute not only to their
decadence but also the warrior cast way of thinking, beautiful and deadly. ::

:: The Main Audience Chamber was also the command hub. This chamber was brightly
lit it had many different alcoves in the floor below the throne that served as
command and control. Above the command hub was a walk way toward the crystal
throne. This chamber had a long narrow walk way that was brightly lit by
shimmering crystal glass. The wall of the globe like chamber was also made of
crystal glass and a large holo projector that allowed for the Emperor to see all
that was going on from a crystal throne that could swivel around. It was
technologically advanced and beautiful to see. ::

:: As the Emperor sat and watched the projection of a formation of some ships
entering nearby sectors. Next to him was his advisors Zeun of the Religious
order and Tonlan his Military Advisor. When the Emperor spoke the advisors would
listen. ::

SHA'TENE: Have you identified the intruders?

TONLAN: Yes, Lordship, computational data estimates that both are of races we
have encountered. The small ship is estimated to be the Klingons and the larger
ships are identified to belong to the Humans.

SHA'TENE: So they come.

TONLAN: One of the ships approaching is identified as one we have encountered
before The USS Discovery registry NCC 31929-B.

ZEUN: ?

SHA'TENE: Hmmmm… and yet the Klingons are warriors and the Humans though
misguided were bold. Worthy of some respect… Are there any signs of aggression?

TONLAN: Yes their sensors should have found us by now.

ZEUN: ?

SHA'TENE: Your attention for our safety is touching… we will make no hostile
action. Military Advisor, you may authorize parley with their representative on
board one of their vessels.

ZEUN:

SHA'TEAN: You fear the Humans?

ZEUN:

SHA"TEAN: Very well, we will parley on Gondon. :: The Emperors voice echoed in
the great halls of his ship. His voice boomed with strength as a King of all he
surveys. ::

TONLAN: Yes Excellency.

:: Tonlan less opulently clothed then the Emperor or Zeun, he wore the
traditional Generals uniform that had gold insignias inset in red glass. He took
an elevator down the operations level of the ship that beamed with glowing
control panels that seemed to be encrusted with crystals for controls. Subtle
tones came from the crystal controls like glass and water. ::

TONLAN: Control signals the incoming squadron of ships.

CONTROL OFFICER: Yes General…. Contact established.

WALTAS:

TONLAN: I am General Tonlan of the Saurian Imperial Forces, and Military adviser
to his majesty Emperor Sha'tean the eighth. We have taken military control of
this sector. The Emperor in his wisdom, sees that his control of your people can
be stressful and as such will allow safe entrance into our space for you and
your representatives who may Parley with his Majesty on the surface of Gondon,
Ancestral grounds. Only limited accompaniment and no armed personnel will be
allowed near the planet. Any attempts at aggression or subterfuge and you and
your allies will forfeit diplomacy and risk destruction.

WALTAS:

TO NLAN: As with our military protocol you may send one unarmed Human to your
colony.

WALTAS:

TONLAN: The Emperor will see you on the Surface in one twenty fourth of a
rotation of this planet.

TONLAN: We will now end this transmission.

WALTAS:

WALTAS:

GINSBERG: Don't fret Captain it takes a bit of thought, the planet takes about
eight days to revolve around the nearby star a twenty forth is roughly an hour
or two. My daughter is much better at these calculations than I am.

LEONA: She's right Captain, 1.5 hours. :: I can't believe she felt she needed to
approximate like that. ::
