Board gaming group that meets at Yahoo! cafeteria (in Sunnyvale, CA) Mondays at 6:30pm. Games played tend to be German-style strategy games.

Directions:

Take 101 to Mathilda Ave North in Sunnyvale. Go North on Mathilda for around 1.5 miles. Make a left on First/Bordeaux street, and make an immediate right into the Yahoo campus (at 701 First). Stop at the Security Kiosk if there's someone there and tell them you are there to play boardgames. (Lately, security has not been there after 6:30pm). Security will give you a map and direct you to the employee lot. Find a parking space and knock on the door of Building C -- it's glass so people can see you and let you in. Make your way to the cafeteria seating area. You may arrive any time you wish, as there are usually plenty of games being played until 10pm, but your chance of getting into a game increases greatly if you arrive between 6:15-7pm.

Except on holidays, free fountain drinks and coffee are available, and the grill is open until 8pm if you want to grab a bite to eat.

If security asks for a pass, here is a sheet of gaming passes, but I have not had to deal with security for the past two months.
