I misunderstood on one part of my regionals email: You are not
restricted to a specific Regionals tournament, so you can play in San
Diego, Los Angeles, Arizona, whichever you want. The correct
restrictions are the tournaments are "open only to those DCI members
who are citizens or have been residents of that country since January 1
of that year." Which means you have had to live in the US since
January 1st or be a US Citizen.
