NoCal and SoCal regionals have been divided again, adding Central
California and "New Southwest," which is really just San Diego (I
prefer "MoSoCal", personally :)

Regionals will be Saturday, June 25th this year, location TBD, so keep that date
clear! (Don't forget, it will be Standard Format, aka Type II).
