I cant see why its not working, how big are the file itself, as it
wont work if they are any bigger than 5MB in size.

Just I have tried it myself as a .jpg by doing a test pic and it
worked for me. Try making it smaller in size before trying again. No
I have not disabled file sending for members so it should work for
you!
