2006 World Rummikub Championship   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #249 of 294 |
Hi,

In case anyone is interested, I just want to inform you that the 2006
World Rummikub Championship will take place in Maastricht, Holland,
November 3-6.

You must be the Rummikub champion of your country to participate.

I took part in the last championships in St.Moritz, Switzerland, in
2003 and had a great time. So I strongly urge anyone interested to try
and qualify, even if this will decrease the chances of my own and the
Rummikub friends I met in Switzerland (hi to you all!).

For further information I suggest that you send an e-mail to the
organizers at lemada@.... They will have information about
national championships and how to qualify. They also have a web site -
www.rummikub.com - but there's no information about the 2006 WRC yet.

For Norwegians: The 2006 Norwegian Rummikub Championship will take
place in Arendal at Saturday March 4th. The Championship will be part
of "Spilluka" - a games festival during the winter holidays February
27th-March 5th. More information will appear at www.spilluka.tk and
www.rummikub.tk.

Regards,
Vidar
