Way cool. I know a local comic shop I get my fix with but not sure how they get
them? Also helps to get a better idea of weapons, armor, gear and why.
I know the ancients and medieval can be fun to read for those who love ancient
times and knights in armor, as well as even Mongols and Jade Emperor and more.

Subject: [wargame-creators] re: Osprey Books
I got to know Osprey books from my father-in-law who is a plastic
modeler (eg: he builds aircrafts out of plastic kits) and I became a fan
of their 'new vanguard' series of ships and planes. With only 48 pages
of notebook size, they are may be not that detailed (I sincerely wish
for more line drawings) but still give you an immediate insight of the
subject in question. Plus, the artwork is terrific.
May be interesting for those living in the US: Squadron mail orders
distributes most of the Osprey range from their warehouse in Dallas. So
if you don't want the hassle with the customs, check out
www.squadron.com and click on their 'books' section.
