I;'m not actually sure how I managed it, but I have had them work at that wage before.

I have one question, though. You wrote in the notes that peasants can only work in merchant stores at the "ridiculously underpaid" wage. I tried to do that once, but the employee-sim just quit! How do you keep them from doing that time and time again?
