An ancient board game reminiscent of chess. This group is intended to promote interest and share ideas on the game known as rithmomachia. It is a very old board game played on a double length chess board with an indefinite set of rules. The game was probably invented by monks in central Europe around the 11th century and involves math, geometry and logic. The rules some of us use are defined by the game called Ambush.
