Though unmoderated, most of the discussion should be about the game itself or campaigns using Risus rules. Prolongued off-topic discussions are strongly discouraged. I gave out on average about 3 points per session, but it does depend on how quickly you'd like things to advance. At 3 points per session, it'll take 8
