The sound of a busy Oira greeted Shiarrael on her return; the scene brought a satisfied smirk onto her face.  “Status?” her eyes locked on the second officer, Maelis t’Galis, who looked up from a free console “Are we ready to depart Galis?” Shiarrael asked.

Galis swallowed and nodded “Yes, the ship is prepared for departure, however a few crewmembers have not returned to the vessel.”

“Who?” Shiarrael’s eyes narrowed as she leaned forward.  “No matter, have them imprisoned until our return.”  It was very bothersome when crewmembers found it necessary to delay the entire ship; she wouldn’t have it.

“Yes, Rekkhai.”  Galis stood up and walked next to the command throne.  “All stations are ready for departure.”

“Good, very good.”  Adjusting her posture Shiarrael leaned back “inform the station that we are leaving, disconnect all power relays and seal the airlocks.”  The viewer filled with life as dozens of small work vessels scuttled past the Aylhr and back to Hama.  A thin veil of exposed atmosphere flowed past as the airlocks disconnected and sealed.

“Engines are operating on their own power.”

Shiarrael pulled out the ISD with the Aylhr’s mission order and rotated the device in her hand.  Turning her attention to the viewer she stood up “break away from Hama, bring us about, and set a course for the Klingon border.”

With that order the Aylhr spun away from Tomika and entered warp.  Shiarrael knew this would be an interesting shakedown mission for the crew.
