Gangrel rush / toolbox

The idea of this deck is to build a toolboxy Gangrel deck using the
new vampires. Ryder is there to keep the house clean while Talbot,
Shiloh and Fergus offer some rush ability.

The number of master cards is so high because of Talbot's ability.
Abombwe is there to increase Shilo's capacity which is good for her
rush ability and allows her to play Sense the Savage Way.

Probably the deck needs some more ways to do pool damage. I'm not sure
if I should go for Fame bleed retainers.
