POLL QUESTION: As we're moving content out of Chapter 9, there's a strong chance
that we'll end up making another chapter to hold 'overflow' from other chapters
where the material doesn't quite fit. Some of the material from the current
Chapter 1 could make the migration -- hence this question:

How do you find Chapter 1 in terms of organisation and content?
