First, even though the Empire Builder with Mexico came from North American Rails
(and yes, it was only rolled up), the 2 versions are different. And yes both in
regards to cards as well as the map as well as rules (no ocean inlet building in
NA, thus Savannah is a dead end city for the most part in NA plus there is an
extra Sugar city in Mexico for NA and not the case in Empire Builder w/ Mexico
and other things like that).
Also I do happen to own most versions of the EB games (except for the long board
version Eurorails and Special Agent ?? [the west virginia limited version..I
know that name doesn't sound right!! And no, you don't need to correct me on
the name..just having a brain freeze on the name.] And I have been collecting
for some time of Empire Builder games and this is the first time I have EVER
heard of a boxed version of Nippon Rails (unless Mayfair just did that
recently??).
