Pretty much anywhere you shop for episode guides and other Pokéthulhiana.
In addition to the Encyclopedia and the NIP Study Grimoire, you might want
to consider the Pokéthulhu Concordance. While it isn't as up-to-the-minute
as the Encyclopedia (it doesn't include the OAVs or feature films), it has
a warmth and understanding of the show that - in my opinion anyway - the
Encyclopedia just can't replace. Of course, it's better to have both, and
the Pokéthulhu Chronology (same authors as the Encyclopedia, and comparably
thorough) is a fine reference as well.
If you can't find these items on the shelf at your local collectibles or
comics/manga shop, they'll be able to order them from their distributor.
Even the concordance, out of print for years, has recently been made
available again, with the original illustrations intact.
