Update and correction. Ego is used, ONCE!

The modifiers to Morale has an entry about facing an attacker who's already
defeated peers within sight. The greater the EGO the smaller the penalty.

Mind you if the use of Will in the training rules was replaced by EGO, and some
additional rules for Ego breakdown and rebuild added, they fit in with modern
ideas better.
