?? Odd. Do you mean more than one arrow? The bows are set up to only allow
one arrow. Barring Manyshot, you can only use one arrow at a time.

This is doable. Two ways:
1: Alter the game files (a lot more complex than just creating LST files)
2: Make a Template for your character that adds additional skill points. In
my campaign, characters get their choice of a free Craft, Profession, or
Perform at max ranks, regardless of class.
What is happening is the system is tallying up how many skill points you have
spent and comparing it against how many you SHOULD have.

This is a work in progress. This is irritating me to hell, too. Someone is
supposed to have it, so I'm being patient. The only thing I can say is bear
with us. The abilities are new to the system and they're being worked into
the docs ASAP. "Patience, young Padawan."
