Meeting Minutes
June 5, 2009

Meeting was called to order by Bill Bartlett at 8:00 pm at the Game Room in
Brick.

Members in attendance: Richard M.J. Jarosz, Karen Jarosz, Norm Lunde, Allen
Kaplan, Bill Bartlett, and Steve Lazok.

Reports of Officers
President – None.
Vice President – None.
Secretary/Treasurer – We have over $900 in the treasury. We just purchased the
magnetic board for Operation Bagration for $40 and renewed out Domain Name for
another year.

Reports of Liaisons and Committees
Report of the Warhammer 40K Liaison – N/A still looking for one. None
Report of the Warhammer Fantasy Liaison – Allen Kaplan. None
Report of the Flames of War Liaison – Richard M.J. Jarosz, Firestorm Bagration
Campaign Game Underway and looking for new players. Will be using new Campaign
Board.
Report of the Lord of the Rings Liaison – Eric Bremer. None
Report of the Napoleonics Liaison – Bill Bartlett. Age of Eagles game tomorrow
at Allen's
Report of Disposable Heroes Liaison – Bill Bartlett. Karen and Bill to run a
game at NJCon
Report of the Check Your Six! Liaison – Richard M.J. Jarosz. The Battle of
Britain is going well with the next game June 27th. Rich will also be running a
game at NJCon.
Report of the Naval Attachι – Norm Lunde. Norm is running 3 Naval games at
NJCon.

Old/Unfinished Business
Participation in NJCon.
Purchase of 28mm Buildings still being looked into. Any suggestions?

New Business
Bill Jenkins is running our Second Semi-Annual old fashion Sway Meet. August
15th at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Neptune City.
D-Day 65th Anniversary Event at Brookdale College tomorrow.

Saturday, June 6th – Age of Eagles at Allen's House.
Saturday, August 15th – Second Semi-Annual Old Fashion Swap Meet and Flee
Market.
