Isn't "Red Warriors" supposed to represent Elite Soviet troops? That would explain why they have better stats, even in 1941. Now, why they're in "Hopeless

I suspect that both values are "correct."  The Soviets, if I remember correctly, used different types of 76mm artillery pieces during the course of the war.
