The replacement group is now open!!

 

I have send all original group's members an invite.  Please join so I have fewer to send an invite to in my second round of invites, few yet to add to the group and quicker asking Y!Groups to delete the old group.  Membership is currently moderated so it is easier to track the transition of the original group membership here.  Join using the invite email as it will bypass the membership moderation approval -- as invitees are preapproved.  Messages will be moderated for new members.  All original group members will be set to unmoderated (another reason membership is moderated) as currently the group's setting is: unmoderated messages.  After all OD&Dities Online members join or add, we will open up membership to the general public with OD&D Guild unmoderated members coming in unmoderated.

 

remaining steps are:

step 5: send 2nd invite  (expected 4/14/2006)
step 6: add as members any non responers to group  (4/19 & 4/20)
step 7: inform Y!Group Support to have the group deleted & OO that group will be delete  (4/21)
step 8: After OO deleted, Rename new group to OO  (~ 5/21)
